I am a newbie when it comes to wine. To say I love this wine is an understatement. I would definitely recommend this wine to someone like myself who is just getting started with wines. This wine is mellow and has a wonderful fruity smell to it. Overall, an excellent wine.

I've been to a myriad of Virginia wineries, and Joy Red is easily one of my favorite wines. It is my go-to sipping wine and one I always bring to any event. It has a sweetness to it, but it is not too sweet. I prefer reds to white, so I love that it is still dry while being slightly sweet. This would make a great base for red sangria, but can be enjoyed by the glass as well. It is also great chilled, which is not standard with many reds.
