A grape famous for its expression of time and place our Pinot Noir is reflective of each vintage- varying in acidity and structure based on the weather. A common thread of our soil carries through year to year providing distinctive flavors of kirsch wet earth and camphor. Pairs well with salmon and roasted chicken.
